The research project “Brain and Pain (BaP)”; is part of Research carried out by researchers/ scientists dependent of the UNIVERSITY OF SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA (hereinafter USC), being responsible for the website, as responsible for the management file of the Research, the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, which makes this document available to users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (SISEC), BOE No. 166, as well as informing all users of the website about what are the conditions of use.

That in accordance with the provisions in the regulations in force on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GLDP regulations for the treatment of personal data of its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GLDP, for which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that he has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GLDP in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
